Longer stretches of wake time for your baby in the day means more playtime. Get that physical activity in!

Your baby might be rolling or working up to it so they’ll need to bulk up with calories to help support all that muscle growth.

Are you feeling lost and not like your old self? Make it a priority to get back in touch with the old you. You’re not just a parent, you’re an individual too.

Say goodbye to that swaddle and hello to a rolling baby! If your baby rolls by themselves on to their side or tummy to sleep, it’s perfectly safe for them to stay in that position.
