Stick to your nighttime routine

Your 2 month old has been following your social circadian rhythm cues and should be establishing a healthy nighttime sleep routine. Keep giving your baby a consistent time to wake up to the sun and a consistent bedtime in the evening to help develop their own circadian rhythm. They will still be waking to feed but should be napping less in the day as they are stretching out their nighttime sleep.
